Each session begins with grounding practices, such as breathwork and present-moment reflection, to establish a sense of comfort. Throughout the session, I will inquire about any sensations you observe in your body, so you can become more connected with your body’s sensations and sense of knowing.

At Sonder Psychotherapy, I recognise the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit, ensuring that this understanding permeates all therapeutic interactions. I integrate modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which inherently incorporates somatic elements.
